Chickpea guac – a stroke of genius!
I arrived at work today to find out we were overstaffed on our unit, and as the lowest RN on the totem pole, I was the sucker that had to float to a different floor. Work FAIL. I was a bit nervous since I am a one trick pony very familiar with the cardiac ICU, but haven’t really ventured elsewhere outside the acute setting.
