Purple Potato Eaters
To be honest, I have never liked potato salad. It looks really gross. That’s probably due to the mayo, which I also never liked. White creamy condiments give me the heebie jeebies. Potato salad is kinda the quintessential picnic food though, right? I can recall many outdoor get-togethers and summer BBQs that had potato salad as a side dish (usually a fairly untouched dish).
