M is for microwave, what is your favorite microwave meal/snack? Sweet potatoes are one thing that I’ve always preferred to microwave over cooking in the oven. It’s faster and yields a very similar (if not better) steamed tater. [The exception to this is if you are making fries out of them] There’s also the matter of oats.
