Unbelievable

I forgot to share this earlier.  Look what I came home to yesterday!   Marinara tofu baked with veggies.  Ummmm…my husband isn’t vegan or vegetarian, but he has been getting awfully friendly with the ‘fu.  I swear I had nothing to do with this dinner.  I was in complete shock when I got home from work and Kyle was digging into a block of tofu!  He was so proud of his creation that he had even taken photos with my camera!    Amazing.  He said there were a few changes he would make (like splitting… Read more >

Day three in Paris started similar to the rest, alarm clocks and coffee shops.  Yes shops, plural. Starbucks has soy milk, so the lactose intolerant people went there.  Paul has buttery pastries, so the dairy consumers went there. Sadly, Paul doesn’t allow photography inside.  I know that because I got in trouble the first time I went in, camera raised.  The second time I channeled my inner paparazzi peeping Tom and got these shots.
