My groothie was the perfect energy boost I needed so I could walk the long way home from center city. But it didn’t stop me from enjoying a pre-dinner dessert snack. I managed to stop half way through this frosting filled cookie delight but da-yam it was hard. The cookie was thin enough that it didn’t dominate the sandwich, but the frosting was still balanced.
