Chickpeas & Bread
I made this for Kyle, not sure how he’d like it. He is picky about things that try to mock tuna salad (he loves TVP, but won’t try my TVP "tuna" salad for some reason). The good news? He really liked it. He also said it reminded him of tuna salad. Maybe it’s been a while since he’s had tuna because I definitely disagree. This chickpea salad isn’t tuna-esque at all. But whatever.
