Adios NYSC, Hola DVDs

Today was a good day for your truly.  And it will be for you too, since there’s a giveaway involved (read on).

IMG_8747

I have nothing very interesting to report.  I started a new book, watched mindless t.v. shows, did Jillian’s shred (level 1), and then made it to the gym for my last workout at NYSC.  I also did some eating.

IMG_8752IMG_8762

The single serving Silk vanilla soymilk was a freebie from the 1/2 marathon.  Honestly, the goody-bags you get at races is such a fun perk.

IMG_8763

I also made pumpkin/carob chip toast (and only took a pic of 2 of the 4 pieces I had).

Since brunch was bigger than the Real Housewives’ egos I wasn’t hungry for a while.

IMG_8754IMG_8649

I had grapes and several (3) apples, but the weather was so yuck I avoided leaving my PJs until 4 pm.

Since Jillian and I hadn’t had a date in over a week, I figured it was about time we had a little rendezvous.  I think I’m ready for level 2, but our OnDemand Exercise TV doesn’t have that work out available. For the regular Jillian followers out there, how much does level 2 differ from level 1?  Should I buy the DVD?  Also, since my gym membership is now officially kaput, please feel free to pass on any good DVDs recommendations my way?

So yeah, after I shredded it up, I did my last elliptical-ing at the gym.  Four miles and I was out.

Dinner was a Mexican feast!

IMG_8651

Pinto beans topped with VeganRella cheddah (too fake!), with a family sized portion of millet, and some guacamole and salsa lovin’.

IMG_8653

I added nooch on top and then mixed it all together…the faux cheese eventually melted, but I think the VeganRella peeps changed the recipe.  It used to be my fave vegan cheese, and then I couldn’t find it forever, and now that I have finally found it again…not so much my favorite.  :(  Sad.

IMG_8555

I had more carob chips with cashews and raisins for dessert.

And now, the giveaway you have all been waiting for…

IMG_8782

Here’s my lunch for tomorrow AND the EasyLunchBox container you could win (well not this EXACT one, but you’re very own)!

Kelly, the gracious owner and creator of these clever, Earth friendly, bento-style containers, has generously offered one winner a container set and one lunch bag (of the winner’s choosing).

Pretty sweet deal huh?  So just comment below about how you would use it and consider yourself entered.  For an additional entry, tweet away (using my handle @edieden) and then re-comment to tell me you did so.

I’ll choose a winner on Friday (4/30).

I would use it for packing a nice lunch to brighten my work days. I would be able to get creative with packing different foods!!

  2. paigemadaline09

Your meals look SO yummy! I definitely want to try carob chips!

  3. amsterwill83

Since I pack my hubby’s lunch most days of the week, I would probably use it for that!

    Amanda @ WannaBe Chef

  4. Kati

I just transferred to a university in Chicago, and now that it’s FINALLY getting warm, I would love to be able to pack a lunch and eat by the lake instead of at my desk.
    -Kati

  5. Anna (twelve22)

Those containers are so fun! I work from home, but I try to get out of the house and do work on the laptop from coffee shops from time to time — those would be perfect for toting my lunch!

  6. Annie

I pack my lunch every day!

  7. vegfiguresk8er

I would use it to pack my lunch for school! 🙂

  8. Silje the Pierat

Ohohohhhh! I REALLY want this one!

We are planning on kayaking BIG time down lake Mjøsa this summer, and having lunch in a kayak can be…challenging. Having this kyoootie with me would make it a LOT easier!

And of course, it’ll be my new everyday lunch-buddie!

    (^.^)

  9. Katelyn

I would use it to bring my lunch to campus. It’s so hard to eat healthfully in a college campus cafeteria!

  10. elaine

i would use it to pack my lunches for school! as a grad student, every meal prepared at home is a boon to my health and wallet!

  11. Diana

I would use it to pack my lunch to eat between classes outside on campus (college student)! I currently just reuse plastic bags to carry my lunch components, so this would be awesome! Thanks!

  12. candace

I would bring the lunchbox to beautiful Malibu, where my college is, an fill it all things green & drenched in hummus : )

    http://letpetitcarrot.blogspot.com

  13. Jessie

I would love to have these to take my lunch to work everyday!

  14. Run Sarah

Def use it for my massive meals at the hospital! Also, I absolutely loved that book – hope you do too.

  15. Jennie

I bring my lunch to work everyday and I always have a thousand little containers that I have to juggle. It’d be great if I could pack everything into one!

  16. Robin

I would use it to pack my lunches for work. I don’t have much time nowadays to do that (new baby) but every time I don’t pack my lunch, I just can’t seem to find what I want to eat at the sparse offerings by my office!

  17. Kate

I work in a neuro ICU and have basically accepted a snack through your shift mentality (eat when you can!). Since I work different hours-7a-7p, 3a-3p and sometimes 11a-11p I like bringing a variety of options to match my levels of hunger. This would be great for keeping my different snacks separated and intact!

  18. Courtney (Pancakes & Postcards)

I am devoted to Jillian´s workouts–love her or hate her, her stuff is great. Plus, I live in Africa and last year the ONLY workout DVDs I had for the entire year were the Shred and her other two workouts! I think the Shred is definitely worth buying. You can get it for really cheap, along with her other two, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and No More Trouble Zones. I used to be super active but got injured and moved out here and basically sat around for several months and got completely out of shape. And it was these DVDs that got me back into shape, nothing else. I think level 2 and 3 offer a good variety of different moves and I find them more interesting than level 1–not because of difficulty, they just seem more exciting! I would recommend you check it out : )

  19. Olivia

I’m in college and I live off-campus. Four days a week I have long days, starting at 7 am and not ending until 6 pm. These containers would be a lifesaver! I end up packing like fifty tupperwares and stuffing my car with foods (no shame). I would love to have these neat containers to pack all different options and foods for the whole day!

  20. mayapamela

I love this! I’m a sucker for anything cute that organizes schtuff. Speaking of which, I could use a cute lunchbox, you know, to put the cute tupperware I’m going to win in it.

  21. MarathonVal

Um lame answer here, but I would use it for my work lunches. So original, I know!

I’m loving the idea of pumpkin and chocolate chips on toast… brilliant!

  22. mayapamela

    tweeted!

  23. Nic

Your lunches look always soooo delish!!! I’d love to have such an awesome lunchbox, since I already bring my lunches everyday (in multiple containers) it would rock to only bring one!!! Or two! 😉 I love to bring lunches/snacks everywhere!! So thats obviously how I would use them!! ;D
Have a great day! Hug n.

  24. sals

I do a lot of traveling during the day for my job, and to keep it healthy I pack every bit of my food – I usually end up with a small mountain of plastic containers and ziplock baggies… This would be a great, earth-friendly way to store everything!

  25. Laura

Ahhh this would be AWESOME!!! This summer I’m going to be working AN volunteering at a hospital, so I’m going to need to bring my own lunches/dinners. This seems like the PERFECT transport tool!!

  26. elleneatsbeats

Btween school and work, most days I am out of the apt for 12+ hours. it would be soooooooo nice to reach into my bag and not have smushed, bruised fruit everyday!

  27. Paige

This would be great to pack my lunch for work. I use too many ziploc bags now…I need to be better to the environment!

  28. Sarah C

I have been eyeing these lunch boxes since you first posted them! I pretty much work 16 hour days (I am in healthcare as well), and have to pack “my life” up and all my days food to take with me in the morning. They look like such a handy thing – I usually have so many tupperware containers it is obnoxious. I would LOVE these!

  29. Courtney

What fun–I would totally use that lunch pack/bag! I love that it is sturdy so it could go in my bike bag and not get bruised or banged up if I fall/hit things/get run over by a car, lol. Even if I get hit, I gotta eat, right?!? 😉

Bummer–I am such a techno-phobe I don’t have a twitter account, so I will have to hope this one entry is my lucky one!

    Courtney
PS Is that straight up pumpkin on your toast? Or did you make pumpkin butter (so good!) or some sort of pumpkin spread?

  30. Janneke

I struggle daily with portioning my lunches right vs not spilling it all over my purse due to the plastic baggies I use.

I’d definitely use it to fix both problems: easy portioning and no more wasteful plastic baggies!

  31. Shannon

I pack lunches everyday in pyrex storage containers. It would be so nice to not have to carry around 3-4 random sized glass containers everyday.
It would also be the perfect container to pack snacks for my toddler when we go to the beach this summer.

  32. snackface

I need this for when I’m a big girl in NYC or LA or SF and need to pack my lunch for work!!! Although, now that I think about it, I have so much shiz I need to move out of this Athens house. Maybe I don’t need it.

Anyway, I’m soooo happy you had a lovely, relaxing, Mexican day. Tengo una pregunta: Have you had Daiya yet? Elise, please find this. They are now packaging it for retail. It will blow your mind. It only comes shredded, but it’s the most amazing vegan cheese you’ll ever eat. It’s also gluten- and soy-free, so it will rock your vegan socks off. Love you!!

  33. katherine

Oh girl, you know I’d use those containers every single day now that I’m at the doctors office! I hate bringing food in saran wrap and aluminum foil, but I haven’t found good containers that are durable enough for every day use and don’t contain planet-killing garbage!

FYI I’m totally going to troll these comments b/c my gym membership ends tomorrow and I need some serious DVD recs!

  34. Steph

I am a nursing student so I spend quite a bit of time on campus. This would be perfect to pack a lunch/dinner in to take with me!

  35. taleoftwovegans

Level 2 of the shred is quite a bit harder than level 1 – I know by the end of level 1 I was not getting much of a workout, but then level 2 kicked my butt (but then I got bored and never made it to level 3? Hmmm….) Exercise recommendation – not a DVD, but a website – http://www.bodyrock.tv – WAY harder (better?) stuff than the 30 day shred, IMO!
Oh, and a giveaway? I would use a portioned lunchbox to pack lunches! It would be nice not to have to haul around a zillion ill-sized tupperwares when I want lots of food. Thanks for the giveaway! 🙂
    -Eve

  36. Leslie

I got Jillian’s DVD for 8 bucks on Amazon (with a free trial of prime…free shipping!). So I think it’s worth the investment. In some ways, I think level 2 is harder than level 3!

I would love to win the lunch containers and lunch bag since I take my lunch to work every. single. day. and use leftover Starbucks bags from when I worked there. Over a year ago. Time for something new!

  37. Meaghen

I would love these containers because on any given day my entire purse is filled with a million tupperware containers. I pack lunches that could rival yours girl!

  38. Ashley

My lunch consists of the main and 2 sides so this could be more perfect for me!

  39. Heidi

I *love* Jillian’s Shred DVD’s. I bought mine on Amazon for $6, and for that I say worth it to buy. I’ll admit I frequent workout 1 & 2 but I haven’t actually mustered up the courage to try 3 yet. I’m sure it will be fine and I’m sure I can handle it, but I’m just scared!!

As for the container, I work in an office. Enough said.

PS I just found your blog today and I think it’s awesomesauce. Looking forward to connecting over vegan deliciousness.

  40. Robyn

I would use that sweet little box to haul my lunch to school or work. Currently I end up bringing so many different containers I can hardly fit my lunch in my backpack!

  41. maren

i love bringing food with me wherever i go, so this would be a more eco friendly way of doing so rather than plastic bags. love the separate containers!

  42. katie

i definitely need some new tupperware for my work lunches – so many of them are old and starting to leak. never good.

i do love all the jillian dvd’s, and core fusion is a great workout as well, but a totally different style from jillian’s.

  43. jen

i alwayssss pack my lunch (i work in georgetown in dc – it’s too expensive not to!) and would love this!

  44. Jessie

Foodsies for school! These look so much more practical than bringing multiple small containers.
I actually thought Level 2 of Jillian was way harder than level 1 and borderline harder than 3. Totally worth trying!

  45. sweetandsweat

Since I’m starting my first full time job this summer, I would totally use it to pack my lunch!

  46. jvegegirl

I would use it to tote around my kale salads and hummus, obvi 🙂

  47. kara

I take my lunch to work everyday and this would be perfect! I will only need 1 container and not the 4 that I currently use.

  48. jennifer nicole

Hi! I found your blog a little while back but have yet to leave a comment, sorry about that!

In terms of Jillian’s 30-day shred, level two is a sizeable step up from level one, and level three starts incorporating more of the plyometrics. For me, it’s a great challenge, you feel your body adapting after a few weeks, but of course you can push as hard as you want to.

In other news, the Jillian dvd Burn Fat, Boost Metabolism is crazy good. It’s an hour long as opposed to 30 minutes and really kicks the pants off a workout. OnDemand has a shortened version of this workout, but it’s not anywhere near as good as the full workout.

For sure, her dvds are worth the money – I hope you enjoy!

  49. kate

For Jillian, I found that level 1 didn’t do much for me, level 2 is challenging but won’t kill you, and level 3 has been started and stopped halfway through more times than I would like to admit. If you actually go all out, it is tough!

I would pack my lunches without having to find 47 separate containers for everything. It would be sweet!

  50. lowandbhold

I had when I love a certain product and can’t find it anywhre, and hate it even more when they change the recipe. Blah.

That vegan/mexican feast looks insanely good though!

I take my lunch to work every single day, so that container would rock my face off.

  51. blueeyedheart

I am apparently amassing a collection of containers for work lunches, so this would just join the rest. 😉

    <3 <3

  52. Rachel

So I came across your blog yesterday, and saw the lunch containers and almost went to buy a package! Awesome stuff! And definitely enjoy reading your blog as a fellow athlete/health lover/future nurse.

I am currently in Nursing School, and working two PRN jobs on the side, so it would definitely be great for the lunches/snacks I pack every single day. It’d be much more convenient than the having to tug along a few separate containers.

  53. Jessie (Vegan-minded)

That Mexican feast looks delicious! Girl, you need to try Daiya cheese already. I have never had VeganRella, and now that my search for the perfect vegan cheese is over, I probably never will.
Cool giveaway, I could really use something like that to pack my lunch for work. 🙂

  54. Theresa

I pack my lunch every day in an assortment of tupperware containers. This would make it so much easier to transport!

  55. Deirdre

I will definitely use it to pack my lunch. It will be nice not to have multiple tupperware containers in my lunch bag.

  56. Jenna

If you’re looking for the perfect vegan cheese, you have to try Daiya! My WF just recently started carrying mozarella & cheddar. I am obsessed! Level 2 of the shred is definitely a step up, but the DVD I think is definitely worth it! Those lunch boxes are amazing.. it would be nice to fit three things in one container instead of 3 separate ones that I can’t even fit into my mini cooler that I take with me pretty much every day that I go to school & work!

  57. Whitney

I would pack my lunch or snacks for hiking this summer.

  58. *Andrea*

i would use it for work lunches! i start my (first) real job in august after i graduate from college this may 🙂

  59. Marie

Oh man I am dying for one of those lunchboxes! I would use it to pack my lunches and dinners for work. Right now I use mostly plastic baggies 🙁 Don’t worry, I wash and reuse 🙂

  60. samantha

i could use this giveaway like heidi montag could use an intervention. every day, i haul 358348905734057 tupperwares to work and a) get made fun of b) the heavy bag ALWAYS pulls my skirt up (seriously) c) i have to clean so many when i get home!

plus, all our tupperwares are mismatched and it gives me heart palpitations.

i would use these to pack my lunch erryday.

  61. Becky

I start nursing school this fall and it would be great to have a nice container to store my food for the day.

  62. Sara

I would use it to pack hubby’s lunches. Then he would have no excuse for buying lunch.

Also, I really enjoyed the book you are reading “Shanghai Girls”, Hope you like it too!

  63. Andrea S

I would use it to pack my food for the days I’m on the go– so that means everyday. :))

  64. Melissa

I pack my lunch for work every day, and it usually involves hummus and veggies, so it would look similar to yours!

  65. Lisa

I’m not getting a meal plan next year, so I’ll need a lunch box to bring meal to eat on campus!

  66. zoe

that pumpkin toast looks divine…!!!! i may or may not be recreating it soon 😉

oh, and as for the lunchbox…it would be the most awesome addition to my life!!! at the moment i pack my lunch in about four separate pieces of tupperware. it’s annoying because a) my backpack barely zips up and b) more dishes to clean! to pack everything into one box would be the BEST thing everrrrr!!! seriously. i would most likely use it every day, too 🙂

  67. Nicole G

I’m starting law school at NYU in the Fall and I will be commuting so this would be PERFECT for taking my lunch!

I hope you post any good dvds you find because as I said I will be in law school, so bye bye free undergraduate gym and hello random work-outs =)

    Nicole G

  68. Holly

I’m about to be an ICU nurse, and this would be something I could use a permanent marker on to keep my lunch on (so maybe people won’t steal my lunch!)-

Sad, but happens all of the time at the hospital i’m going to work at.

  69. Ariel

I desperately need one of these to take to work! I just started a new job that keeps me on the go through lunch and dinner, and I’ve been clumsily carrying a pile of random containers with me on the train and for the mile I walk each way from the train to work.

  70. Ethel

I pack my lunch every day now, even on shoot days when I know there’s gonna be craft services. I’m really ok with my foods mixing, but when I have mexican, I like to contain the salsa and guac separately until it’s time for lunch. This would make my life soooo much better! I’m sure I’ll be getting this when I get to yours…TOMORROW!!!

  71. Sarah

i would use the lunch box to bring my lunch to work! right now i bring like 4 tupperware containers and it is so annoying! would be nice to have one!

  72. ellie

I would use it for my lunch, doh. Wrap, roasted veggies and hummus. Perfecto.

I think you should get the Insanity DVD!

  73. clairedille

I haven’t done the higher levels of the shred yet so I can’t give advice on whether or not I would recommend purchasing…but it is the only DVD I have bought other than the Exhale Core fusion DVD that I love.

I would love to win so I could pack up my lunch when I can’t find any veggie eats while working on set at crazy hours!

  74. runnerforever

I would use it when I have to squeeze in a quick lunch in between classes.

  75. Erica Rose

Well, I’m a pre-nursing student and I’d take it to school so I wouldn’t have to eat from the salad bar everyday. Would also take it to my 6-9pm physio lecture, cause physio makes me hungry, lol.

  76. feetinmotion

It’d be convenient for traveling during cross country and track season!

  77. Jennifer

I was just thinking yesterday how nce it would be to put all of my food into seperate containers instead of schlepping a bunch of random tubberware around with me! I would use the container to carry my lunch with me. Because I am still in school, this would probably save me a bunch of money!

  78. Kaiah

I am quite sick of washing out the same, soggy, sandwich baggies over and over again. It would be quite nice to have a reusable container with separate compartments to add a bit of variety and convenience to my eats on the go!

  79. Lisa

I would make great use of these! I try to bring a healthy lunch to work every day, but don’t have any snazzy separate-compartment containers currently. Oh, and my old ones are all plastic with BPA, and I’m not using them any more. So lunch containers are sparse in my household right now.

Thanks for the giveaway, I love your blog! Oh, and it’s awesome you’re moving back to CA. My husband is about to graduate from UCLA with his masters, so I kind of relate to your situation.

  80. Gabriela @ Une Vie Saine

I got that Silk milk too, but I’m not a big soy milk fan so it’s currently waiting in the fridge for me to find a purpose for it, haha.

I’d use it to pack lunches for class! My sammies always get smooshed in my school bag 🙁

Hope you’re having a great day love!! xoxo

  81. Mandiee

where did you find the veganrealla? i’ve been looking for it ever since there have been so many rave reviews. now that it’s not as good, do you have any other recommendations? i love my nooch but this would be a nice treat.

even though lunch is included in my tuition, i bring my own since i am vegan. carrying lots of little tupperwears along with my backpack isn’t the easiest thing to do. basically, these might just save me from going insane 😛

    have a lovely day!
    xox

  82. Katie

I am the queen of reusing old takeout containers for my work lunches, but they’ve gotten pretty nasty lately and I could really use a new set!

  83. Felicia

I would love to use this to pack lunch for school!

  84. Lea

well my bento lunchbox will pretty much look exactly like yours…craisins and all.

as for the shred…i usually skip past level 1 and 2 and go straight to 3. can i recommend the exhale core fusion dvd? it’s a great workout.

  85. Jen B

I’m starting a hospital internship on Monday and I would use it just like you 🙂 Except I’m a soon-to-be dietitian not a nurse!

  86. Emily

Thank you for this offer! Though I would love to use this, I have a student who just lost everything in a fire, and I would give the gift to her for either herself or her son.

  87. Julia

I would use the sweet bento-style lunch box to pack my salads, veggies, fruit, and sandwiches for work at Coastal Cupcakes! (Instead of my current system of taking several odd-sized tupperware containers)

  88. Angharad

Oooh yes please! I take my lunch to work everyday but I normally have about 3 different containers for all my bits and bobs – this would be a life saver!

  89. Sara

I’m still sad you’re leaving NY! Where must I go for all the great restaurant suggestions??
anyhoo, I’d love the containers because I am a college student (entering finals) and I bring my lunch with me to class every day. It would be so much easier to eat without the mess and opening 4857 different containers to make my perfect lunch! It would really help me =]

  90. Heather

I’m a fan of Jennifer Kries and her stuff…more of a long lean muscle workout, and suuuuuuuuper old fashioned clothes that I’d never be caught dead in, but I like the way she encourages and gives options to increase difficulty if necessary. 🙂

  91. alyssa

Well this would surely be useful during my classes this summer! thats right..SUMMER CLASSES! I will need all of the yummy eats possible to keep motivated for this nonsense. Those containers would be a lovely item to have for such an unfortunate occasion.

  92. Jen R. (emeraldsunshine.org)

I’ve been eyeballing those for quite awhile now. I’d love to have some!

  93. Jen R. (emeraldsunshine.org)

SORRY! I forgot to say that I’d use them at work – I work 60+ hours per week and it seems like every meal I eat I’m at work!

  94. jqlee

i m a college student and pack lunch ALL the time. one container is better than having 3-4 mini ones!

  95. Jen O

I’ve been wanting one of these! I would defintely be using it for lunches for work. I think it would make packing luches much easier, ensuring that I’m packing a cheaper healthier meal instead of grabbing lunch at work.

  96. Gabriela @ Fro-Yo Lover

    Lovely post, Elise!
I´m happy today was pretty low-key for you 🙂
    Delicious eats, as usual!
    Loved the pumpkin toasts 😀
    Have a great night, love!
    Brazilian XOXO´s,
    Gabriela

  97. Emily

I pack my lunch for work everyday. I’m currently trying to transition out my plastic-y grocery store containers with icky BPA to more eco-friendly products like this give away!

  98. BroccoliHut

I’d love to win one of those boxes a) I just straight-up love lunch boxes and b) I’ll need something to carry my grub in grad school next year!

  99. Livvy

I’d pack my lunches everyday!!! Currently, I’m brown bagging it with ziplocs which is SUPER wasteful, and I adore lunchboxes (geek! I know) 🙂

  100. Natalie

OMG, I would love to win this! I’m a teacher and I pack my lunch everyday. The plastic container I use was originally from chinese takeout. *blush* Having a container set (with compartments!!!) would be the most exciting thing! Great giveaway!

  101. adrianna

I pack my lunch every day- salad, sandwich, extra veg/fruit. Itd be great to have them together but separate, or areas for dips and such. Plus, the more reusable dishware, the better! Less dishes to wash 🙂

  102. ht

I never win anything, but i am going to give it a try…. love your blog.

  103. Kate

I eat lukewarm food that sits in my purse in my locker til lunch time (I only think this is ok because it’s almost always veggie salami, veggies, veg cheese and a sandwich thin so nothing really spoils) and it would be great to pack variety!!!

  104. Averie (LoveVeggiesAndYoga)

lunchbox. Check. Already did a give away for Kelly.

You, the lady dr. Girl. I was cringing for you with the waiting room and then we dont do that here. yikes.

Tomorrow. I fly to San Diego. I blogged about it today, a little bit 🙂

Emotions. Full Moon. Covered that yesterday. You’re normal. It’s the wedding, your move, the job, the moon, pretty much everything.

Jillian. Look at my pics i posted today and tell me honestly if she could help me? I do my own workouts and workout like a guy grunting and huffing and puffing…I am open to her but dont feel like it would be that worth it? I dunno tho….

    xoxo

  105. kathleen

    holler!
i’d recommend jillian’s dvd. level 2 works you, and level 3 is a nice switch up! i dont have a gym membership, i do my jillian and yoga videos, as well as run and hike. works well !

also, i’d looove to win your give away! i pack my lunch every day in a huge lunch bag filled with what seems like 10000 separate tupperwears, this would be much more convenient for sure!

How would I use it?…for everything! School lunches, hubby lunch, trips, etc. Love the separate compartments with only one lid…so much easier. And I love that there is room for a drink and ice pack too!

I pack my lunch every day; I’d use this a ton! It would be nice to have food in one container instead of trying to jam random sized tupperware into a too-small lunchbox.

Wow! I might be getting some ideas from you for my EasyLunchBox! I’m newly pescatarian (fish and seafood), and want to do more “vegetarian” most of the time. Great ideas you’ve got! And I just love these EasyLunchBoxes!

Pumpkin-carob chip toast! That sounds like an amazing combination. Im totally adding that to my breakfast rotation. 🙂

I am just about to do the most terrifying thing in my life so far. I will take my IB exams, starting Tuesday next week and continuing on for 4 weeks. As I have studied far less than (not even remotely close to) needed, I feel a bit despondent, and I know that I will have to rely on some yummy vegan food to keep my motivation and focus up to (hopefully) perform well in the exams. This container would definitely help me with that as I would pack some awesome lunches that will help me through this time and to give me energy! (:

Btw, I’m from Sweden, so I hope international entries qualify!

FUN! I would love to win. I use Lock N Lock – which are great – but having one container instead of 16 would be perf.

Eeeks! I’m probably too late, but here it goes! I would love to win this – I’m a graduate student and am on campus for HOURS on end. This would be a great way to package my food for the day!
