DC: Cafe Green

Pure Market Express

At Expo West, I came across a company I’d never heard of before called Pure Market Express.  They were super friendly and offered me samples of raw vegan chocolate truffle pie in a little shot glass.  How could I not fall in love immediately? Takeout FOOD

  Well.  I never thought the day would come that I’d write the definition of FOOD on my blog. What the wheat

If you’re wondering why there have been more giveaway posts and Spain recaps than daily eats lately, it’s because I’ve been doing the fructans challenge phase.  And I’m not thrilled with it.  At first I was nervous about reintroducing fructans, then I was excited, then I went overboard… I actually started last week, but had such horrible symptoms, I went back to the elimination diet for two days in between, just to allow my body to rest and re-set.
