Ten Reviews

Here are some products I’ve tried lately. Some were bad, some were okay, some were good, and some were awesome. So I figured I’d share. I have no affiliation with any of these companies. These are simply my honest opinions.   1. Happy Meals

Egg and tofu wrap

At first I thought I just wanted a simple breakfast wrap. Spinach, fried egg, Rudi’s GF tortilla. But it looked a little sad (despite the absolutely perfect fried egg), so I took a fridge survey, and decided to make a mustard tofu salad too. It had 1/4 block of extra firm tofu, dijon mustard, honey mustard, plain almond milk, and lemon juice. Day to night

I had an awkward transition mid-week from a normal routine to a night shift routine.  The first day is always awkward.  I woke up at 7:30 and tried to go back to sleep but wasn’t successful in the least.  At 8 I gave up and showered. And breakfasted.  With toast and eggs x2.  And iced tea with almond milk.  It seems to be my summer breakfast of choice. Before yoga I had a banana.  And then I got zen.  Ommmmm.
