I couldn’t decide on a title for this post. The real title should have been “how much chocolate and dessert food can you consume in 48 hours”…but that doesn’t really roll off the tongue. Oh, SILK soy milk, how I missed you – let me count the ways.  Glass of silk before leaving for work Silky soy latte from Starbucks to kick start my first day back on the unit Soy misto with lunch (from Starbucks, too) And that’s only noon! Initially, the plan for today was to be mellow in the AM, and party hard in the PM…BUT the rain would not let up!! back to the grind?

Well, today was a good work day, and a good eating day UNTIL 10 pm…then I got the late night hunger pangs that wouldn’t release me. As strong as I tried to be, I failed.
