I don’t even know where to begin…this past week has been one of the most incredible times of my life. Between getting engaged, visiting friends and family in Nor Cal and So Cal, my cousin getting married and my other cousin giving birth, it has been a fantastically memorable week. Yes. Inspired by my girl K’s creamy smooth hummus, I decided to take a second stab at making my own hummus. I have tried this before, and the result was too healthy tasting. So this time I decided to up the fat. That’s the ticket!!! I HATE rain!!! Ugh. Today’s weather makes me want to curl up in a ball under a blanket and never come out again until April/May. This is why I am not meant to be a East Coast-er/New Yorker. My umbrella was inside out 90% of the time, so I arrived to work with scrubs that weighed an extra 5 lbs and an afro (fabulous).
