I pretty much love The Office.
Right after I got up, I made coffee using the last of the Starbucks Holiday blend. I made it a little on the weaker side since I wasn’t needing the caffeine so much – mostly I just wanted the warmth, but also there weren’t too many grounds left. Then I toasted an Ezekiel English muffin and lathered on the peanut butter topped with a packet of Stevia. Has anyone been able to find Truvia in stores yet? I haven’t.
Full and warm, I curled up with Twilight for a couple of hours…I heart Edward Cullen! Since I didn’t have much on the agenda for today, I mostly alternated between Twilight and Vcon reading (with a bit of tv in the mix, too). All this time off is making me spoiled. Next week might be a rude awakening!
I was in the mood for a brekkie type lunch, so I made an egg beater sando.
I toasted A street bread, spread on some greek yog, plus organic tomato slices…
Then, added the folded up “eggs”
To create this beaut.
Satisfied. Check.
I think they sell truvia at whole foods, no?

Yeah, the Whole Foods I go to sells truvia and we also get it sometimes in the health food section of our Hyvee grocery store. I really like Truvia!
