Morning swim

I bought a bunch of PB2 for peanut OIT dosing purposes several months ago but then realized I wasn’t allowed to dose him with it because we don’t dose in terms of peanut protein weight but rather the weight of whole peanuts.  Sooooo…I started eating it myself!

It’s pretty good, although I wish it didn’t have sugar.  It’s so close to being a good product (for me).  I’d use it in smoothies on the daily if it were just protein – like a protein powder.  But anyway.  Now I’m using it as a stand in for milk (with granola) or as a nut butter (coating fruit), etc.

Summer feet!

We have a nice little routine going this week.  Every day, I’ve been to stroller strides followed by swim class.

And then we have been lunching out on the town!

Chocolate chip bagels!  What a treat!

I wish I’d signed them up for swim lessons all summer long…alas, it’s only a two week session.  🙁

Can you believe we are already at the summer solstice?!

Sassy little thing.

The acai bowl at Nugget is so so at best.  The granola was decent, as was the base, and the fruit on top, but next time I’ll say no honey because it was SO SWEET (and that’s coming from someone with a major sweet tooth).

With such busy mornings, we’ve been filling our afternoons with chill activities.

Like painting our nails (the kids’ first time ever!!!).  And went to the splash park.  And the library.  And the dentist.  😛

You can buy organic peanut flour on amazon! It’s just peanuts, no sugar. I used to use it as protein powder

Well shoot! I wish I’d known that! I just got another huge tub at costco hahaha.

Haha, was going to say the same thing! I was using peanut flour for a long time instead of protein powder since it’s crazy delicious and waaay cheaper. Costco takes back about anything if you haven’t already opened it.
What a fun routine for the week! Will you still have access to the pool after swim lessons are over? If so why not just go to the pool anyways for them to practice and play around and you can keep up the daily momentum….
who puts honey in an acai bowl?? So random, but apparently costco has an acai bowl now in the food court with the crummy pizza and such! It’s also vegan is all i know, havent tried it myself.
Love the pedicures photo :)) and i can totally relate the random bruise on the leg too!

They do!??? I’ll look for it next time I’m there. I never even thought to look at food in the food court.
