Cottage cheese waffles
FYI, I combined a few different recipes to make this pretty perfect waffle recipe. So I figured I’d share 🙂 High protein cottage cheese waffles [gluten free] Ingredients: 2 cups (full fat) cottage cheese 4 eggs 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted 2 tbsp coconut sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup blanched almond flour 1 cup whole rolled oats 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt Instructions: Combine cottage cheese, eggs, melted coconut oil, sugar and vanilla in the blender and blend until smooth.
