Breakfast lunch and dinner

I kinda fell out of the habit of blogging for a second there…blame it on getting back into the swing of the real world and dragging my feet during the process.

I started the day with a cinnamon raisin english muffin and butter.

For lunch I made a Brussels sprout saute and then added cheese and almonds on top.

These almonds are THE BEST you will ever taste. They are perfectly coated in olive oil and (lots of) salt and I just can’t get enough of them.

For dinner we had steak, risotto and sautéed mushrooms. This meal was a collab effort by both kids. V is obsessed with mushrooms.

And then I got to bust into this chocolate turkey my sister gave us at Thanksgiving. Upon first glance, the shape…gave my pause…but evidently it is a turkey. So we can all get our minds out of the gutter.

In case you were wondering, it is a marshmallow and caramel chocolate covered DREAM from Danville Chocolates.

Basically a scotchmallow (which is the best thing you can get from See’s in my professional opinion).
