Making food for my first

If I told you I made ants on a log last weekend, you would probably think it was for my wee ones.

Nope!

😉

Because snacking aint easy.  I hook him up even on the weekends.

Do you pack food to bring to work?  Obviously I don’t pack food for myself, but I pack Kyle’s food every day.  Half of the time he eats breakfast here, but if he needs a mobile breakfast (like on the train or if he has an early call at the office) then I pack him breakfast too.

I do it all the night before.  And I pack P snacks too.  His school provides a snack, but due to his allergies, I just feel safer if I pack him his own stuff.  The school is peanut free, but they serve snacks with dairy occasionally.

What a cute picture of Kyle – it looks like he’s enjoying his snack. And now I want ants on a log too!

I’ve been meaning to post comments to your recent posts but I got behind.
    1) You mentioned you might post the things you buy from Thrive. I would love that. I subscribed awhile ago (using your link) but I have yet to place an order. It seems like they have a large selection but I don’t know where to start unless I’m looking for something specific.
    2) You mentioned the What I Ate posts and yes – I would love to see those also! I have such a difficult time trying to figure out what to eat. A) Vegetarian, trying to move to B) Vegan (no dairy or eggs), while C) being allergic to Tree Nuts and Coconut, and D) have SO MANY gut problems that I think are FODMAP related but I’m still working through that. And E) I have to pack snacks and lunches to take to work. Your site seems to help me come up with some ideas so THANK YOU!
And Finally 3) You’re salads always look so good but sometimes you don’t mention what dressings you use. Any ideas for good dressings would be appreciated also.

    Thank you – Thank you!
