What I Ate
Going back to the old school “what I ate in a day” style posting for the day because I took photos of it all! And why not! First things first, iced coffee. I use the previous day’s (leftover) coffee and add coconut sugar (melted in warm water) and almond milk. Then I toss in some ice and hit the road. Off on a walk with my little man.
