So many birthdays!
I’m royally sore today. It must be the rollercoasters (because I didn’t work out yesterday). Unless you consider shoving toddlers out of the way to get to the front row of the parade a workout…not that I did that. For breakfast I wanted something cool and something crunchy. So I went with a smoothie topped in granola. The smoothie had frozen strawberries, soymilk, Antioxidant Natural Greens, and ice. With Love Grown Clusters of Oats on top.
