I went back to my beloved Winter vegan salad!  I just couldn’t stay away, ha! I bought a bunch of PB2 for peanut OIT dosing purposes several months ago but then realized I wasn’t allowed to dose him with it because we don’t dose in terms of peanut protein weight but rather the weight of whole peanuts.  Sooooo…I started eating it myself! Part of the problem with doing such a good job of eating everything in the fridge before you go on vacation is that you return home to LITERALLY NOTHING.
