Pizza at market

I just discovered this post from two weeks ago….that I obviously never published. Better late than never! I’ll pick up where I left off at the end.

Aren’t these the cutest??

We brought them to farmer’s market last week to pass out to V’s friends as a VERY belated birthday celebration. It’s not in our nature to do big birthdays, so when she asked for pizza at farmer’s market for her birthday I said absolutely. We invited some buddies and called it a day.

She was in heaven so that’s all that matters.

We all were, actually, because it was finally nice enough weather to picnic and listen to the music and enjoy time with friends.

I got a two item plate from Open Rice Kitchen, with broccoli beef, teriyaki chicken and fried rice.

This vendor is not new, but this item is. I liked the chicken and rice, but probably wouldn’t do the beef again. I’ll likely go back to my staple order (bunless tri-tip plate from Buckhorn) soon enough…

Now let’s fast forward two weeks…and I will confirm that last night I did, in fact, get tri-tip from Buckhorn (but on a salad).

Pizza cheers!

It was gorgeous weather and the central park lawn was packed. Definitely happy that the change in season has fully arrived.
