My highlights: week 4

  Pretty much my breakfast all week.    Except for this one.  With nomnompaleo’s cinnamon banana coconut pancakes.  Thanks for the suggestion Ttrockwood.  🙂   Hipster babe. ABCD quick bread

Making quick breads is really as easy as it gets.  Kind like learning your A,B,C’s – once you figure out the basics, it’s a snap!    I promise I didn’t plan the name of this bread around that little theme, but it was too perfect to NOT call this ABCD bread. If you like dates, you will like this bread.  If you don’t (you’re crazy but oh well), you could sub in raisins. The best thing I ate this week

I fell in love this week and ate the same thing 4 nights.  Or at least a variation of the same thing.   It all revolves around this goat’s milk feta by Redwood Hill Farm.  OMG you guys.  Oh Em Gee. Salted Chocolate Coconut Brownie Bites

Losing sleep and links

We’ve hit a road block hiccup (fingers crossed?) in the sleeping schedule and I’m too tired to post much.   My little man rung in his 4th month with some crankiness and of course it aligns with me going back to work so I have huge amounts of mommy guilt going on…in addition to the normal desperation of trying to figure out what’s wronggggggg?  Isn’t it funny how parents ask their infants that knowing full well a response is out of the question.  Anyway.  He’s still an exceptionally happy baby so I’m sure it’s just… Read more >
