A parrilla in espana

After covering Madrid on foot, you’d think I’d just want to pass out rest before dinner.  You’d be correct.  Then my dad got inspired and somehow dragged me into checking out the hotel gym with him.  “Just to see it.”  One thing led to another and suddenly I was roped into a 5:30 pm workout date with my pops.  Damn.  I had totally come to peace with my exercise free vacay.  Sure I was slightly annoyed that I had wasted precious cargo space on my running shoes and other cardio gear, but I like being… Read more >

I don’t know what day it is today.  We are finally home after over 45 hours of transport.  Maybe 48 hours.  I don’t know.  All I know is I woke up at 6 am on Tuesday to catch our first flight in Uruguay and it’s currently Thursday in Uruguay.  You do the math.  I’m obviously in no condition to add.    2.  One of our layovers was 12 hours long.  Yikes. 3.  I just got back from a run.  Yes.  Given the previous two points, some may call me crazy.  Some may be right. … Read more >

Hi from South America

I’m not really too sure how to post from my celly. I’ve only had my iPhone for a few weeks so it’s a miracle I even had the foresight to get the WordPress app prior to leaving the country. Anyway. We will be back in the EEUU in a few days but until then here’s my best attempt at mobile blogging. Our apartment’s view in Buenos Aires… The one semi-post worthy photo from Punta del Este, Uruguay… Ciao!
