Instant Pot Jam

It’s that time of year!

The instant pot made this year’s batch of jam incredibly easy!  And hands off!  I barely chopped the fruit and left all the skin on and went to the park while the pressure cooker did it’s thing in a mere 5 minutes.  Then it stayed on warm until I had time to deal with it (after dinner when they were taking baths)!

All I did was a quick pulse with the immersion blender and then stir in chia seeds and poured into jars.  SO EASY.  No added sugar.  No heating up the kitchen.  No need to dice or peel the skin off the fruit.  None of that.  With very little clean up afterwards.

And since I still have 50+ nectarines left (and it was so effortless) I will probably make another 10 or so jars of jam this week…

Can’t recommend this appliance enough.  5 minutes on high pressure is all it took!

    LOVE my Instant Pot for so many reasons! And my daughter used it ONE TIME and has put it on her wedding gift registry! SMART GIRL!! And I’ll have to try this recipe of yours! TOO EASY!!
