Glorious day

I feel so energized and renewed and I hope you all are feeling the same. Extra eggs

Our neighbors texted our group chat that they had too many eggs and needed to unload some…so I sent Kyle over to collect some (thinking he’d come back with a half dozen or so). And this wasn’t even all of them! Suffice it to say, we’ve been eating a lot of eggs! Breakfast lunch and dinner

I started the day with nourish bread and miyoko’s butter. For lunch I had the leftover Brussels salad from What’s Gabby Cooking. I think the salad was even better the second time around! Probably because the Brussels were even more softened from an extra day of dressing breaking them down.
