Roland Garros here we come!

Despite being late comers to the sport, my sister and I both developed quite a fondness for tennis.  She’s closer to the “obsessed” end of the spectrum, whereas I’d consider myself in the more healthy range of simple enjoyment.  Either way, it was a mere two years ago that we she visited in NYC for the US Open.  And now we are heading off to Paris tomorrow for the French Open. Spanish seitan sighting

Happy to report Madrid has the goods…   More details later, but for now, Al Natural is located on Calle Zorrilla, 11 and I’d recommend getting reservations if you’re going for a normal (European) timed dinner.  We went at 9 and it was hard to get in (to be fair, we are a party of five). Dear Sevilla, You rock.   If there are any vegans visiting Sevilla, Veganitessen is in the Mercado del Arenal.  Go.  Vegan cupcake with blackberry frosting (cupcake mora).  Que delicioso!
