We are in un-catch-up-able territory. Kyle was gone for a week. I threw my sister a baby shower. I got the flu (IN MAY). V got pneumonia. Ashes ashes, we all fall down. The Davis co-op underwent a major (and much needed in my humble opinion) revamp this Winter and now that it’s all finished and looking so fabulous, they had a few sales for members! The new store layout was a thank you enough for me, but I’ll take and extra 10% too if it’s being offered! I did it! I spent (some of) the weekend getting really organized and meal planning and I prepped SO WELL that this week’s food was completely heavenly. It helped that I was super inspired by the recipes in these cookbooks. I got Run Fast Cook Fast East Slow from the library last week and have been obsessed from page one. OBSESSED.
