National running day!

Did you know Wednesday was National Running Day!?  Step aside hump day, you have been replaced.  Good thing I had the day off work, so I could get a nice exercise sesh in (in honor of the holiday, of course). Life is…

A bowl of cherries!!!   We may have a problem on our hands. Synergy has created an addict of me.  I’ve heard rumors of home-made Kombucha in the blogosphere, so I’ve got some research on my to-do list… I digress.
