Sasa in Walnut Creek

I mentioned in this post that I went to Sasa for dinner with my family while home for the holidays.  As you can see from the menu above (or clicking on the restaurant the link), their food concept is Asian Fusion with small plates to share.  I love small plate menus because then you get to order a ton of things so you wind up sampling a lot.  And trust me, this menu had plenty I was eyeing. In fact, the food was so freakin’ good, as a food blogger, I felt it wasn’t cool… Read more >

Crunch Quota

First order of business, the gardein winners.  #8 Robin O., #25 Erica Wollman, and #28 Debbie.  Email me with your addresses. Now.  Let’s do a full day of food, okay?  This is from over a week ago. Roooooolls!!    It’s hard to play favorites, but this was it.   Wokcano still doesn’t have brown rice.  LAME!  Here’s a fun April prompt (#HAWMC) I felt like sharing… 10 things I couldn’t live without (I decided to choose foods): quinoa hummus seitan bread ginger coffee oatmeal Bragg’s liquid aminos avocado carrots What’s on your list?
