Are you ready for the easiest meal ever?
- frozen stir-fry veggies + 1/4 cup water
- extra firm tofu
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- Asian spice mix/Chinese five spices blend (I used 365 Asian seasoning)
Add the stir-fry veggies, the water, and the spices until the veggies have thawed. Then add the rest of the ingredients.
Serve over rice. Bam! – you’re in Bangkok – and dinner is done.
