  • frozen stir-fry veggies + 1/4 cup water
  • extra firm tofu
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • Asian spice mix/Chinese five spices blend (I used 365 Asian seasoning)

Did you press your tofu, or just toss it in? (Mine always crumbles if I don’t press it) – and this meal WILL be made this week. Easy peasy.

Just came across your site… love it! Am cooking this tonight. As an IBS sufferer, with an intolerance to (what feels like) everything, I don’t think I could have found your site at a better time! ps loving all the desert recipes as well. I love cheesecake, now I can enjoy it again! Thank you :-)
