Well, it was a sad day for the pac 10 (except U$C). In fact, all aspects of today were kinda blah. My stomach was killing me from the moment I opened my eyes and rain clouds were threatening to pour a mother load all day long. So I didn’t really wanna write anything on 9/11 (plus I was working all day so it wasn’t too interesting). Let me recap: AM coffee, PM lunch The exciting part of the day was that Kyle surprised me after work and showed up to meet me for dinner and a walk home. So, I don’t know about this weather…it may prevent me from doing the work out that I know I should do today. Here is the lunch I packed the night before. I made the sando with smart deli meat and lettuce, ff Fage, honey mustard, and 7 grain food for life bread. I should really create an abbrev for that sando because it’s the same one I always make. whirlwind weekend

Wow. This is gonna be one crazy weekend, I can tell already.1) AM coffee was not 1, not 2, but 3 cups! Whoa…slow start much?2) AM work out was INTENSE.
