I was going to try to do a WIAW post, but I just couldn’t get it together in time.  Or photograph everything.  Here’s some of my “what I ate wednesday week” in bullet points. Monday Coffee.  Duh. I’ve seen this game going around, and since I’m a fan of such activities, I’m going to give it a go too! A is for Apple, what’s your favorite variety? Expo Explosion

Imagine a Whole Foods the size of 15 football fields…now imagine browsing it’s aisles for two days straight…now imagine representatives from every product giving your samples of their latest and greatest to try (for free!)…and THAT, my friends, is EXPO WEST.
