A few days of hippie bowls

Eating in & out

This past week has been work heavy, which is why I’ve been doing more recipe posts.  But my sister hates recipe posts prefers other material (and isn’t afraid to let me know it), so here’s a recap of my weekend. I raved about Earthbound Farm’s organic powermeal salads before, and now I’m gonna give you the opportunity to win a free one to try for yourself! Vegan cupcakes negate a DNR order

This photo really doesn’t give an accurate picture of my day’s eats because it looks the same as all my other days of pre-packed meals. I had a rough morning (no workout, only 1/2 a cup of coffee) made rougher by the fact that my patients were not doing well.
