Day 1: breakfast ideas
I did some prep and thought I’d share. banola (grain free nut based granola recipe from 21 Day Sugar Detox) zucchini almond flour bread (from Against All Grain cookbook) blender bread (grain free cashew and egg based bread from Celebrations cookbook) These are going to be my main breakfast items that I’ll rotate between (at least for now), although I like smoothies and juices to start the day, too, so maybe I’ll do some of that.
