Kyle’s birthday cake

In my family we call this “the special plate”.  You get it on your birthday or when you do something that deserves kudos (like getting a new job or graduating or something like that). First visit home

Veggie Chorizo & Kale Rice Casserole

OH.  EM.  GEEEEEEE. Ok, I know it’s kinda weird to get SO excited over a casserole, but this was crazy good.  And simple! Granola that’s chewy

This is like candy disguised as a breakfast cereal. I’m hesitant to call it my best ever granola, because my quinoa granola is kinda my signature recipe, but this one is really amazing. It only lasted a couple of days…probably because it’s been sitting on the counter so I just pick at it all day long.  CAN’T. STOP. Meals I’m excited about
