Yoga Wednesday
As per my previous few weeks, my Wednesday was more snack-y than meal-y in the AM. In addition to toast with Earth Balance and cantaloupe, I had home-made candied walnuts and a few dried pineapple rings. Not exactly a normal breakfast but it got the job done.
