My Mexican Masterpiece

This is what suenos are made of.   My Mexican cravings have hit an all time high…so I tried to channel Chef Tanya to achieve nacho perfection on my own.   Thanks to Expo West I still had sample packs of Beanfield’s bean & rice chips.  The pico de gallo flavor just screamed make-me-into-nachos-right-now.   Breakfast #1: mom’s plum jam + Earth Balance + cinnamon raisin Vital Vittles Breakfast #2: quinoa + scrambled eggs   Lunch: Love Grown Cocoa Goodness oat clusters + raspberries + almond milk   I had 3 bowls of this, so there’s not much left in the bag.  Maybe one servings worth?  Stupid serving sizes. Master Weekend

My mom got into town late Wednesday night, so on Thursday we spent the day shopping, lunching, and shopping some more.   We have both been to True Food Kitchen before.    I started with The Natural which is one of the most insanely non-alcoholic delicious beverages.  Ever.  It’s ginger, agave, and soda.  Mmmm… My mom got a lemonade.
