Dinner in P-town

After a full day of driving (11 hours to be exact), Kyle and I arrived at our hotel in downtown Portland just after 5 pm.  He was ready to pass out, but I wasn’t going down without a fight workout and vegan meal in me first. Portland’s Finest

Are you ready for this?  San Francisco to Portland…all 622 miles of it…and all the Starbucks’ in between.  Ready?  Set?  Go!   We left at 5 am and by 8:30 I was itching for some caffeine.  I quickly referenced my above map for a super quick stop and we were back on the road in no time with two coffees on board. I love Gold!

Garlic may not be my favorite thing in the world, but when it comes to making a marinade, I do enjoy a hint of it.
