Breakfast lunch and dinner

I don’t have much to say right now. Sometimes I get really inspired to write and ramble off effortlessly. That’s not now. I’m tired. Maybe that’s it. Kyle’s out of town. Point A and B are probably related to C. In any event. Here’s the banana bread I made, which lasted a few days. I tried to let the kids sleep in and set my alarm to work out before they were up. Best butter brands

Did I call it or did I call it? I knew the second I discovered this Nourish bread in the back of the freezer it’s days were numbered. The only problem was, I couldn’t decide what I wanted on it. I made this Thai dish from it last week but doubled it so we had it again this week. The kids loved it and were SO thrilled when… Read more >

Mulled wine

Here’s how this whole thing started. I decided I needed to find an alcoholic drink for winter (meaning something warm) because as much as I love kombucha, I can’t drink a cold beverage without it causing my body temp to drop to sub 80 temps. I already have a cup of tea every afternoon and then again every evening. Most of the time it purely to warm myself up. Am I a lizard? I know humans are supposed to maintain homeostasis on their own, but I think my body has missed the memo. Or I… Read more >
