Just a quick announcement…

The winners of the Sokenbicha tea are:

lauren @ spicedplate

When do you find tea most refreshing? ALL the time. i actually average around 12 cups a day. No word of a lie.
What’s your favorite tea flavor/infusion? I really like chai..especially when it’s mixed with holy basil!
Have you ever tried an aloe beverage? I drink aloe gel all of the time!

taya @ thisgirlthrives

I love Sokenbicha! It’s my treat whenever I (unleash myself and) go to Whole Foods.

I love tea at all times, but it’s the best right after a run or after teaching Zumba – especially now that the weather is warming up!

Alyssa @ dontlookdown

I’m usually drink a cup of green tea when the afternoon slump hits around 3:30. I never tried an aloe drink but it sounds intriguing.

Julie

I love black tea with soy milk in the morning and decaf ginger green tea at night to fall asleep! Sbux Soy Chai tea Lattes are a special Monday morning treat as well : )

Congrats!  Send me your mailing addresses so I can get your case of tea and other goodies on their way…

Ohhh, too bad I can’t see your hands…guess it’ll be a game day decision.

I noticed you don’t consume Bragg’s liquid aminos as much. Is that in respect to your FOD diet?

I just wanted to share a recipe idea for you that came from one of your recipes. I used your perfect puddin’ recipe with the soft tofu, chia seeds, maple syrup & cocoa powder. For breakfast I made oatmeal with milk and about 1/4 of a banana mashed in & cooked it in the microwave. When it was done, I stirred in your perfect puddin’ recipe. Delicious!!!

I left one ingredient out on that chocolately breakfast combo. On top of everything I sprinkled on Bear Naked Chocolate Granola. Yum!
