The mouse will play

I’ve made pancakes more than oats this week.  And if you don’t understand how huge that is, you don’t know me very well. Pancakes are just awesome. On the left: almond butter and bananas On the right: peanut butter/maple syrup and bananas Kyle’s been out of town, so I have been sleeping in, making big batches of pancakes and eating them while watching TV on my computer.  So lazy. Yumvelope

Last week I got a package in the mail…   From YUMVELOPE!  Yummy stuff in an envelope.  Get it?  😛 I’ve seen these monthly subscription services popping up all over the place and I think the concept is pretty cool.  Depending on where you live it could be a huge deal to have access to health food products that ordinarily you’d never find in your local grocery store.   These Snackle Mouth granola nut clusters were my favorite item in the bunch. $2 Meal

Top two complaints about being veg are (a) the price tag and (b) the time.*   This meal cost two dollars.    And that expense includes both bowls plus [un-pictured] second helpings.   Balanced, whole foods based, with all the macronutrients represented.
