I love Will Ferrell. After yesterday’s mega sleep in, today I was back to the same routine…I had the day off, but still woke up early. I read in bed for a bit, but soon enough, my stomach said “feed me,” so I obliged with a steamy cup of joe and toasted Ezek english muffin with Earth Balance melted and lathered on to the max. I pretty much love The Office. Right after I got up, I made coffee using the last of the Starbucks Holiday blend. I made it a little on the weaker side since I wasn’t needing the caffeine so much – mostly I just wanted the warmth, but also there weren’t too many grounds left. I’ll admit, I love fig newtons/bars, but the thought of eating a fig alone was not too appealing…They just look weird. Woo hoo! Only 2 days ‘til I’m relaxing in warm and sunny Cabo San Lucas (well, technically only one day, since I leave tomorrow). Vacay here I come! Not that I’m living the rough life right now…vacation is vacation. So even if I am holed up in my shoe box of an apartment (East coast weather…grrrrrrrr) at least I’m not at work, and at least I’m not having to brave the 30 degree weather at 5 am to get there, either.
