Turns out I eat a lot. 🙂 Ha. As if that’s a surprise. Here’s my 99% complete documented eats (second helpings noted). I’ve been on a Mexican kick. Namely a nachos kick. I know I said I was going to show all my eats, day by day, but the highlight of this day was this guy, so why bother with the other stuff. My sister is already back in Australia, but I still have to recap her visit to Davis last week. Because the pics are cute and because I am trying to be accountable. Remember? This casserole was so good I’m still thinking about it. Kyle and I fought over the leftovers (meaning I made him promise he’d let me have them and he begrudgingly agreed). What can I say, it was goooood. Every once in a while there are certain weekends which seem to have everything happening. All on the same day. You know those weekends, right?
