    Do you know of a good scrambled tofu recipe at all?? I’ve never tried it but my friend said its amazing! Love the sweet treat section! Can’t wait to make the cheesecake this weekend!

    I love your site! I struggle with the same gut issues too! I was wondering your opinion on the Paleo diet with no grains? If there as horrible as they make them sound with not allowing your gut to heal.

    To put it mildly, I think the paleo diet claims are a bunch of BS based on no science. It’s a fad diet that is no different from Atkins…
